We are in the throes of the time change to Daylight Saving Time, springing our clocks forward one hour. I'm not sure why this affects me as it does.
This year I consciously avoided worrying about it, instead setting an intention of adjusting with ease and assuring myself that it was no big deal. The power of positive thinking and all that, right?
Um, not so much.
I'm not sleeping well, waking up too early and feeling groggy and dull for most of the morning. So much so that today when the gentleman behind me at the stop sign politely tooted his horn, I realized I'd been sitting there quite a while, waiting for it to change.
See what I mean?
But I suppose it's better than not stopping at all.
