  2. My pleasure! This was my dad's specialty during strawberry season. There are no amounts except how much you think each person could eat. (Estimate and then add 50%, because the combination of hot, cold, sweet, salty, soggy and crispy is delicious.)

    Strawberries
    Sugar
    Butter
Biscuit recipe or mix (I used Bisquick mix)
Whipped cream (I used real cream in a can)

Trim and cut up the strawberries. Mash some of them and sweeten with sugar; chill. Make drop biscuits. Immediately (while they are still hot from the oven) split the biscuits in half horizontally and butter them. Immediately top with the mashed strawberries, whipped cream, cut up strawberries, and more whipped cream. Serve right away and enjoy!

  4. I love azaleas so, so, so much. They're out in full force right now, and I keep picking my driving routes based on where I can see the most azaleas. :)
