The word out of Tampa today: the exam was difficult as expected, but not impossible. J.G. used a traditional BIC pen to write her essays and was going at it with such relentless fury that she said she could "see the ink going down." Bottom line: everyone survived.
Nobody passed out, to J.G.'s knowledge, lost their lunch, or raced out out of the testing room in a panic. But she said the tension was palpable. Now they're halfway home. Day 2 is Wednesday and involves 200 multiple-choice questions. After that, the ball is out of their hands and they must wait for the results.
